Summer Classes Begin in June - July 2006

4 Hour Sessions 10am - 2pm, 3 Days a Week (M, W, F) for the following weeks:

Week of July 10th(M,,W, F)
Week of July 17th(M, W, F)
Week of July 24th(M, W, F)
Classes are filling up. Each session is limited to 15 children.

A Culinary Camper's Introduction to the Culinary Arts with an emphasis on International Cuisine:
Caribbean, Asian, Italian, and Southwestern Cuisine
Topics Include:
Equipment Identification
Recipe Preparation
Measuring
Observing Culinary Demonstrations
Sanitation
Guest Chefs
Elementary (8 years and up), Middle, and High School
Adult sessions also available upon request
Upon completion of the summer camp, Junior Chefs will be awarded a Chefs 2 Go Apron and a Junior Chef Certificate.
Each Session( per week) is $150 We will waive the $25.00 registration fee, if applications are postmarked on or before May 15th, 2006.
