  6. Are you allergic to any types of food?

  7. Are you willing to try eating vegetarian cuisine?

  8. Are you consuming plenty of green vegetables?

  9. What types of dairy products are you eating?

  10. Do you enjoy eating salads? If so, what types? Dressings?

  11. How often do you eat pasta?

  12. What types of meats are you eating? (beef, pork, poultry, veal, lamb, venison)

  13. Are there any meats that you would like to try, but do not know how to prepare?

  14. Are there any specific cuts of meats that you would like to try?

  15. Are there any regional cuisines that you would like to try?
